About The LifeLine Technique™
The LifeLine Technique™ is the fusion of science and spirit. Taking care of yourself means becoming intuitively attuned to the subtle and sophisticated ways in which your body and life are flowing so that you’re aware and can respond when you’re out of balance. This involves recognizing how the subconscious internalization, denial or disconnection from your emotions creates the conditions for symptoms and stress.
Symptoms are simply the language the body uses to communicate imbalance.
When the body speaks with symptoms, it is providing you with an opportunity to reconnect to your spirit; reconnect to that part of yourself that at one point didn’t have the conscious tools, strategies or support to move through a challenging or traumatic experience.
Healing on an energetic and cellular level occurs by harmonizing emotions within the subconscious mind. The source of true health is maintaining balance on an emotional, structural, biochemical and spiritual level. In order to create ideal conditions for thriving we must be proactive in our efforts.
